Project. AlUla Immersive Living.

In AlUla, our residential project emerges from the desert, where architecture grows from the earth, in dialogue with sand, rock, and sky. Forms are revealed by wind, light, and silence, while rammed-earth walls carry memory and resilience. Living here becomes an act of respect and continuity, balancing heritage and future. The residence shelters without dominating, offering spaces for life, quiet, and stargazing. Every gesture is rooted in the site, creating a living, humble architecture profoundly connected to its environment.

Presented in the historic halls of the Arsenale’s Corderie, the installation reflects the mastery embodied in the façade of the Hermès Workshops in Normandy. With 50 local artisans, each with a lifetime of skill, contribute to a project that makes time visible—through material, gesture, and care. This is not a record of labour, but a tribute to the invisible wealth of craft passed from hand to hand.

Révélation. Pavillon Permanent du Qatar au Giardini Lina Ghotmeh — Architecture LGA_WEB_Projet-V_Part-C-Nordic-Pavilion-View_1680x1120

Unveiling. Qatar’s Permanent Pavilion at the Giardini

Lina Ghotmeh — Architecture is proud to reveal the vision for the future permanent Pavilion of the State of Qatar at the Giardini of La Biennale di Venezia — only the third national pavilion to be added to this historic site in more than half a century.

During the 19th International Architecture Exhibition, Her Excellency Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani marked the future site of the Pavilion, joined by Pietrangelo Buttafuoco, President of La Biennale di Venezia, Luigi Brugnaro, Mayor of Venice, and architect Lina Ghotmeh.

Imagined as a space of hospitality and cultural dialogue, the Pavilion will act as a lasting platform for exchange between Qatar and the world — a permanent structure reflecting openness, continuity, and shared meaning.

This marks a major milestone in Qatar’s cultural engagement internationally, and an honour for the studio to contribute to a legacy space at the heart of one of the world’s most emblematic cultural venues.

The Kingdom of Bahrain Pavilion is officially open at Expo 2025 Osaka!

Inspired by the traditional dhow, the pavilion is built from 3,000 pieces of unengineered wood using intricate joinery. With natural ventilation and full material reusability, it’s designed with the future in mind.
Spanning 995 square meters and rising from 13 to 17 meters in height, it offers stunning views from the heart of the Empowering Lives district.

Step into a story of tradition and innovation. Experience Bahrain at Expo 2025.
