Exhibition. Ateliers Hermès à la Biennale de Venise. [traduction en attente]

At the 2025 Venice Architecture Biennale, 10,000 Hours of Care by Lina Ghotmeh — Architecture — presents the Hermès Workshops project: a tribute to time, craft, precision, and collective knowledge. Presented in the historic halls of the Arsenale’s Corderie, the installation reflects the mastery embodied in the façade of the Hermès Workshops in Normandy. With 50 local artisans, each with a lifetime of skill, contribute to a project that makes time visible—through material, gesture, and care. This is not a record of labour, but a tribute to the invisible wealth of craft passed from hand to hand.
